Sunplumbmech is a digital AI patio shade planner. It generates inspirational shade layouts, sun path previews and seasonal setup notes. The service is informational and creative only.

2. What we do not provide

• No structural engineering, architectural or design-certification services.
• No construction, installation, permanent building or handyman services.
• No permitting, code review or inspection services.
• No SPF, UV or any medical or health sun-protection claims.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

AI shade plans are inspirational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying measurements, products, anchoring, wind safety and local regulations with qualified professionals before acting on any plan.

4. Wind, weather and safety

Strong wind, storms, weighting, anchoring and takedown of any shade product are entirely your responsibility and judgment. Sunplumbmech is not liable for any property damage or injury.

5. Credits and payments

Shade plan credits are digital and priced in USD. Payments are currently a placeholder and no card is charged. When enabled, purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use outputs as a substitute for professional engineering or installation advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunplumbmech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on any generated plan.
