Digital products cannot be physically returned

Sunplumbmech currently sells only digital shade plan credits. Because they are delivered online and have no physical form, there is nothing to return by mail. For money-back situations, see our Refund Policy.

Physical returns

Physical returns only apply if physical add-ons (for example printed plans or hardware) are later sold. No physical products are sold today, so no physical return process is active.

If physical add-ons are introduced

• A return window and condition requirements would be published here first.
• Return shipping responsibility and addresses would be provided with the order.
• Refunds for returned physical items would be issued in USD to the original payment method.
