This Refund Policy applies to digital shade plan credits purchased from SUN PLUMBING & MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, INC. on sunplumbmech.shop. All prices are in USD.
Current status
Payments are not live yet. No card is charged and no purchases are processed. The terms below describe how refunds will work once payments are enabled.
Digital nature of credits
Shade plan credits are digital and delivered online. Because credits can be consumed immediately to generate plans, used credits are generally non-refundable.
When refunds may be granted
- Duplicate or accidental purchase reported within 14 days, where credits are unused.
- Verified technical failure that prevented credits from being delivered or used.
- Where required by applicable Florida, USA consumer law.
How to request
Email support@sunplumbmech.shop with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in USD.
No service refunds for inspiration
Because plans are inspirational only and we do not provide engineering, construction or installation, refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with creative suggestions.
